What is the shipping policy?
Orders are packed and shipped within 10 days, though it may take up to 2 weeks during busy times. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
● Delivery usually takes 4–10 business days after shipping
● Need to update your order? Email Laineycady@gmail.com as soon as possible. Changes can’t be made after shipping.
● Please make sure your shipping address is correct, I can’t resend orders sent to the wrong address.

If you're sending a gift, I can include a personalized note. Just add your message at checkout or email me after placing the order!
Sold Out Items
Original paintings and drawings are one of a kind and will not be restocked. Limited edition prints are available only while supplies last. Restock timelines vary depending on the item — T-shirts typically restock every 4 to 8 weeks, while prints and stickers restock every 2 to 3 weeks.
What if my order is missing?
If your order hasn’t arrived:
1. Check your tracking info
2. Ask household members or neighbors
3. Check cameras or delivery areas

Returns & Damaged Goods
Returns aren’t accepted unless I’ve sent the wrong item. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me right away so I can make it right!
